Mack Oliver, RYT 200/RCYT 95, taught her first movement class on a linoleum remnant in a rural Michigan church. Since then, Mack's teaching adventures have taken her to a high-end residential camp in the Pacific Palisades, a banana jungle on the Indian Ocean in South Africa, and camps, parks, studios, community centers, museums, and the occasional ice cream shop throughout Chicago. An instructor for Mission Propelle's 95 hour children's yoga teacher training, her own yoga education has involved study with Yoga in My School, Kidding Around Yoga, Global Family Yoga, and Street Yoga. When not in the classroom, Mack develops online mindful movement courses with Design Dance and writes early childhood yoga curricula about world history and travel. The pillars of Mack's teaching practice are trust, tomfoolery, and feminism.
